MS Dynamics CRM Consultants - 2 new roles - City of London

This specialist business software consultancy provides Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions (now Dynamics 363) to a wide range of industries including charities, manufacturing, marketing and property companies. They are small around 12 people, but work on some very large projects with some amazing clients doing interesting and challenging MS CRM work.

The business is thriving and they are busy and need to hire an additional 2 CRM Consultants to cope with the work load. The ethos here is team work, sharing the tasks and the projects and giving each individual the work that best suits their skill set and knowledge. They have a track record of hiring people with limited Dynamics CRM experience and training them up with the added skills they need to become certified CRM Consultants. You will need to have CRM project experience and understand the requirements and needs of people working on Dynamics CRM solutions. This is a client facing role which will involve going out on client site, gathering requirements, doing workshops and business process mapping.

You will ideally be from a CRM consulting background, but you could be a MS Dynamics CRM systems administrator in-house with some good CRM training experience and you know the product well, and are ready for that step up into consultancy. Or you could be doing MS Dynamics CRM Application Support and you are looking to move into software implementation and software training.

The job role involves all aspects of MS Dynamics CRM consulting, and the more experience you have of gathering requirements, configuring the software, end user and client training, report writing and data migration, the better your chances are.

You will need to be confident and outgoing and happy visiting and talking to clients at all levels. You will also enjoy giving software training to people, and will be a good listener, note taker and organiser & planner. You will have a track record of picking up new technology and will be a fast learner. They want people with a passion for CRM software.
