ERP Software Support / Accounting Software Support / Application Support Consultant. Wide salary range from £26 - £32k depending on your level of expertise, plus private healthcare, pension and benefits.

This is a terrific opportunity for an Applications Support Consultant with ERP or Accounting Software Support experience to enhance their career by cross training to three of the latest mid-range ERP and finance software solutions which can be sold on premise or in the Cloud. You would be joining a software company who have been in business for over 25 years, have a great client list and have a flexible open approach and an excellent management team.

They offer full services to their clients across project management, software implementation, training and support, as well as the technical backup for software installation. Head office is in Bristol, and you would be office based.

You will be joining a professional, energetic and friendly team of Consultants and Support Analysts. As a Support Consultant, you will be part of the 1^st line support desk, taking enquiries by telephone and email and providing resolution to their software problems, logging and tracking your calls and providing a top-notch support service. There are plenty of opportunities in the future to get involved in software implementation, consultancy and training.

You need confidence, a lovely telephone manner and good knowledge of accounting or ERP software together with excellent communication skills and a 'can do' attitude. You will love solving problems and digging deep to find the right solution and enjoy working for a company where you can make real impact and use your initiative.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and bright Application Support Consultant with proven experience of supporting professional accounting or ERP software such as Dynamics NAV, Epicor, Pegasus Opera, Agresso, Sage 200, Movex, Access Accounts, Sage Line 500, Iris Exchequer, Infor SunSystems, SAP Business One, NetSuite, OpenAccounts, Coda, Sage ERP X3, Dynamics GP or any other similar accounting, payroll or ERP software solution.
