Sage 200 Support Consultant to move into Software Implementation.

Sage 200 Support Consultant required for a mid-sized Sage reseller who have been in business for over 25 years. This is an opportunity for an experienced Sage 200 Support Consultant to move into Sage 200 software implementation and consulting and learn the ropes while shadowing a Senior Consultant, then take on your own projects. To £32k (plus car allowance when you become a Consultant) based in Birmingham and convenient for Coventry, Nuneaton, Tamworth or Solihull.

This role is with a very well established reseller where everyone is professional, friendly and dedicated to giving the customers the best service and experience. They are a Sage Partner and work with Sage 200, Sage CRM and Sage 50 and are also heavily involved in Cloud based projects.

They have a broad spectrum of clients in finance, media, health care and not-for-profit organisations to whom they provide consultancy, support and training. You will work with Sage 200 financials & commercials, Sage 200 manufacturing, Sage Project Accounting, SQL Server and a variety of Sage 200 add-ons.

You will start off in the support team, then will be trained and mentored alongside an experienced Consultant out on client sites. This will enable you to fully learn all the stages of Sage 200 software implementations, from understanding the business processes, needs analysis and gathering the clients' requirements, to configuring the software to fit, data migration, planning and delivering training to the end users, and supporting the client through the implementation phase and go-live, as well as report writing.

You will be someone who has a passion for Sage 200 software and wants to work with clients, ensuring they get the most from their Sage software to help them run their business as efficiently as they can.

The ideal candidate will be well presented with an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients. You will have decent Sage 200 Application Support experience and will be keen to advance your career into consulting and implementation.
