- Description
- New role for a Sage CRM Consultant to join a top 3 CRM and ERP consultancy with 4 UK offices. Work for one of the UK's leading and most profitable software resellers, part of the Sage Circle of Excellence with a superb working environment. You should be happy with the usual travel to client sites and will have flexible working from home, with visits to head office a couple of times a month. Starting salary to £46k plus car allowance, 5 weeks holiday, mobile, laptop, life assurance and good pension. This is an extremely successful, well established and award winning Sage Solutions centre who provide CRM, ERP and finance software implementation, project management and support to a wide range of clients across Sage CRM, Sage ERP X3, SalesLogix, Sage 200 and Sage Construct. They have an excellent reputation for quality service and have built a niche market within several verticals. They have won 2 new Sage CRM projects this year already and it looks like it is going to be a very busy and productive time. Hence they now require an experienced Sage CRM consultant to join their talented team (they may also happy to look at a SalesLogix CRM Consultant). You will need at least 2 years' experience in all aspects of Sage CRM, including gathering client requirements, CRM software customisation, implementation, data migration, user training and client support. You will be the sort of person who can bridge the gap between business users and technical people and likes multi-tasking. You will work with some high profile clients in a busy team environment and will be able to use your input to make a difference, and should be happy working to pressure where required. You will have good documentation skills and attention to detail. Candidates will have really good communication skills at all levels and the ability to engage with stakeholders. You will have client facing experience, and should be able to mentor more junior members of the CRM team. Our client has a great company culture, excellent staff retention, excellent benefits, ongoing training and a defined career path for the right people. Please contact Jake King or Carolyn MacLurg at Ambis Resourcing for further details or drop across your CV to us at Ambis and we will get in touch.
