2 x Software Implementation Consultants for Property Management Software

This global property management software vendor needs an additional 2 Implementation Consultants or Professional Services Consultants with experience in implementing Property Management Software, Estate Management, Rentals & Lettings Software, EAM Software or Accounting Software. They offer a competitive package with a base salary from £45 to £65k plus a good bonus, profit share scheme, life assurance, travel insurance and 5 weeks' holiday.

The roles can be based from home. Ideally you will live somewhere from the Midlands to the M4 corridor, down to the South Coast, London or the East or West Coast as you will need to spend time at head office initially to learn the software, and attend meetings there from time to time thereafter.

They are looking for motivated, ambitious Consultants with energy and drive who are at the top of their game as functional, client facing Consultants. Your software implementation skills will have been gained with Property Management or Property Facilities Management Software, Real Estate Investment software, Lettings & Rental Software, Property Maintenance Software, Enterprise Asset Management Software or Accounting Software.

They develop, implement and support web based property management, real estate, property investment management, accounting software and facilities management software for the retail, commercial, residential and industrial property market. Having been in business for over twenty years, they now have offices in 5 countries, with over 2,500 staff around the world and they are innovative, client focused and financially strong.

A typical project would be the whole software life cycle from end to end, taking the requirements from your clients, looking at their business processes, doing workshops and the analysis, configuring the software to fit, documentation, data migration to training and go-live and post go-live support.

Because you will work with property investment companies, lots of projects are London based, but they also have clients in most of the major cities in the UK. After an initial (expense paid) training period at their UK head office, you will work with one of the Senior PS Consultants shadowing them through all aspects of a project. Then you will take on your own projects with some mentoring and coaching, until you have fully learnt the software.

They have 25 offices across the world and a dozen separate software solutions that they develop and sell to the property investment and property management world, so you could transfer your job at a later stage if you would like to relocate abroad with your family. The career paths for these roles are to become a product expert on one of the software modules, learn another module, then move into project management, account management or pre-sales or team management. You need at least 3 years' full life cycle software implementation and functional consulting experience with good property management software expertise in any form - so it could be property maintenance software, facilities management, investment management, rentals and lettings software, asset management or similar. Plus, any knowledge of the accounting or finance functions of the software would be a bonus. Excellent communication skills, strong client facing experience, a great attitude and a passion for technology in this market are all essential.
