ERP Software Consultant with Manufacturing or Distribution

We need a talented ERP Consultant who has experience in implementing ERP software into manufacturing and / or distribution companies and is keen to take on more responsibility. You will work with a fully flexible and configurable cloud ERP solution which covers many areas of manufacturing including distribution, production, stock control, warehousing and accounting. Starting salary to £40k plus £5k car allowance. You should live in reasonable travelling distance to Manchester.

This is an interesting and challenging role with a dynamic software consultancy, involving all aspects of implementing ERP solutions through the full project life cycle, from talking to the clients to establish their requirements, conducting workshops, software configuration to fit their needs, documentation, through to implementation, go-live and user training. You need good functional ERP consulting skills and client facing experience within manufacturing or distribution.

You will have previous implementation and software consulting experience with ERP / accounting software solutions such as Infor, Greentree, Dynamics AX, UNIT4, Dynamics NAV, SAP Business One, JDE, NetSuite, Epicor, Sage 1000, SunSystems, SAP Business ByDesign, Access Dimensions, Proteus or similar. You will have gained your experience working with a mid-sized ERP product as a consultant out on client site, dealing with SME's.

This software company is innovative, well established and highly regarded. Your role will include a bit of pre-sales, requirements gathering, workshops, documentation, configuration and software implementation on client site, and the delivery of end user training. They currently have 5 ERP projects all at different stages of the implementation life-cycle. They are very busy and you will have plenty to get your teeth into.

• Confident and experienced ERP Implementation Consultant
• Full life cycle project skills
• Strong manufacturing or distribution experience
• You have worked in client facing roles with a reseller or vendor
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• You can build relationships with your clients
• You have initiative and enthusiasm
• Happy to travel to client sites
