Application Support / Support Analyst / Support Consultant for a leading ERP and CRM software consultancy based near Hook. If you have experience supporting Application Software such as ERP, Accounting or CRM software, or any other business application software such as Document Management, Legal, Construction Software, Property Management Software, Time & Attendance, Payroll or HR, or Dealer Management Software, then come and join one of the best software consulting companies in the UK. A wide salary range is on offer from £23 - £30k depending on your background and level of application support experience.
Established over 20 years ago, our client has 4 UK offices and specialises in providing Sage Accounting (Sage 200, Sage ERP X3, Sage 1000, Sage Live), Sage CRM, and business based software solutions to an impressive client base across the UK.
They are now seeking an additional Application Support Consultant to be based at their head office near Hook, which is easily commutable from Berkshire, Hampshire and the Surrey areas.
Skills needed for this role: - upwards of 12 months Application Support experience working with business software. Really good communication skills as you will be talking to clients daily on the phone, as well as taking email support queries, good team working ability (lively, busy, friendly, fun team) along with the potential to progress into consulting, software training, pre-sales or project management. You will be a good problem solver, tenacious, and able to build relationships with your clients and cope under pressure when the support team is busy.
This role will involve joining a team of 20 Support Consultants & Analysts who provide application support to their clients. Each member of this team provides full end to end support and is responsible right from the very start, from taking the call, through to fixing and sorting out the problem. This ranges from simple application crashes, posting, journal, and data entry errors through to creating full duplicate client systems and analysing and solving the problems.
