Dynamics NAV Consultant / NAV Business Analyst 6 month contract

Dynamics NAV Consultant, Dynamics NAV Business Analyst for a 6 month contract based in Basingstoke, to gather requirements, document business processes and make improvements using SQL, SSRS and SSIS, Jet Reports and NAV reporting, help configure the finance systems, act as NAV Systems Administrator and generally assist the Dynamics NAV Project Manager with the implementation of NAV finance, inventory management and sales order processing plus others.

This will initially be a 6 month contract, paying £400 - £450 per day. You will be office based in Basingstoke.

This is an independent company with a 50 year history is a specialist field and around 160 staff; they operate globally across 100 countries and design bespoke software solutions for a niche market.

They are implementing MS Dynamics NAV in their UK office in Hampshire; this initial phase is due to complete at the beginning of October, and then they will be rolling Dynamics NAV out to their offices around the world.

They need a Dynamics NAV Consultant or Business Analyst who can understand and document business requirements, run planning sessions to agree deliverables, advise on NAV functionality, write reports using a variety of tools such as SQL, SSRS, Jet and Excel, act as Systems Admin for Dynamics NAV plus their other accounting and CRM solutions, provide quick reference guides for staff and take ownership of issues.

You must have previous experience of implementing MS Dynamics NAV finance and inventory management / stock control, as well as strong reporting skills using SSRS, Jet Reports and Excel.

Start date as soon as possible, 6 month contract initially - may well extend beyond that. Good commuting distance to Basingstoke.
