- This business solution Software Company specialises in accounting software and is a reseller for 3 different accounting software products from 3 different vendors, so they can offer their clients a lot of choice. There are around 16 in the company with a consulting team of 8 including the Technical Director and Support Consultants. They are now also fully certified as a Sage 200 partner and they are focusing their new sales effort on Sage 200. They need an extra client facing Implementation & Support Consultant who has experience of at least 10 implementation projects on accounting software. Depending on experience they will pay from £36 - 40k + bonus (you will be part of a team and the billable consultancy team gets pooled and a percentage gets paid out) - this averages out at around £200 per month extra plus you get your mileage. You will run the project from the sale and complete the client requirements, workshops, set-up, and training and go-live with hand holding, so you need to be self-contained. You will deal with FD's and need to be able to discuss their Chart of Accounts with them. An AAT or similar accounting qualification would be good here. The Sage 200 market is going to continue to grow and implementation skills with this software will stand you in very good stead for the future. This is a terrific role for an experienced Accounting Software Implementation Consultant who is keen to move across and learn Sage 200 and work in an adult environment where you will be part of a jolly team and be given the support and training needed to do a great job. And you will also be given the freedom to do the project well and deliver a good result. You will be based from the office and will also work on 2nd line Sage 200 support as part of your regular job. They will cross-train a Consultant who has good experience of the full life cycle of accounting software implementation. The sort of products that you will have implemented will be mid-market accounting software solutions such as Access Dimensions, Agresso UNIT4, Pegasus Opera, Dynamics NAV, SAP Business One, Exchequer, Sage 200, Sage 50, Xero, Coda, NetSuite, Kerridge, Pinewood, Dynamics GP or SunSystems. You will need your own car and a clean license and will ideally live within an hour's drive of the Barnet area. Obviously if you already have Sage 200 implementation and support experience so much the better! Sage 50 skills would be useful too. Most of your clients will be based in the Home Counties.
