- Description
Implementation Consultant / Professional Services Consultant for a well-established, very successful software consultancy with a 30 year track record and around 40 employees. They are authors of their own award winning, specialist ERP / Field Service software which is a fully integrated and user friendly, pretty Windows system built on .Net and SQL Server with Crystal Reporting, that integrates with off the shelf accounting software packages. Salary to £37k plus car allowance and bonus, health scheme and 5 weeks holiday. You need to live within an hour's drive of Coventry, and be happy travelling to client sites throughout the UK where required.
They are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Software Implementation Consultant who can implement systems from requirements through to go-live and has worked with application software which might be ERP, Accounting or Finance software, Field Service Management software, Dealer Management software, Supply Chain software, Inventory, Warehousing, Parts & Hire, Construction software or anything similar.
As an Implementation Consultant here, you will handle the full functional software implementation life cycle from meeting the client to ascertain requirements, scoping the implementation, configuring the software to fit, training and UAT, data migration and go-live. You will be given plenty of time and mentoring to enable you to learn the modules of the software, initially shadowing a Senior Consultant until you are up to speed.
Their solution is extremely successful in niche markets and going from strength to strength, and it is a total business system for SME's. It is fully configurable and has a wide variety of modules including Job Scheduling, Inventory Control, Quotations, Accounts & Invoicing, dashboards, web portals, reports, BI, Sales & CRM, Parts, Service agreements, Bar coding, GPS, Service schedules, Billing, Order Processing and Warehousing. So there is plenty to learn and get your teeth into.
You will be a good team player, great in front of clients, keen to use your application software skills in a client facing role, and build strong and lasting relationships with your customers. You also need to be able to run training sessions for clients, in the classroom, on-site and over the web.
The working environment is very good with flexible hours and opportunities to buy in to additional holiday time. Please contact Jake King or Carolyn MacLurg at Ambis Resourcing for further information or to apply.
