- Our client is a specialist CRM consulting company currently consisting of 6 people. They have 4 software developers and 2 Lead CRM Consultants, who are the 2 company directors. Since their inception in 2011, they have won some great clients and established themselves as a really credible CRM outfit and they are now growing to cope with tremendous demand. This would be a terrific time to join them as a Senior CRM Consultant with the possibility of directorship and equity and a genuine chance to be in the leadership team of a company that plans to become a CRM Consulting Partner "go to choice". They will pay up to £50k for the right person with a decent bonus on top. They have a very strong customer base of Sage customers and are a Sage reseller; they specialise in Sage CRM and the integration of Sage CRM into other solutions including Sage 200. The role they have is for another Senior CRM Consultant working alongside the 2 directors with the clients doing: *Discovery *Analysis *Specification *Solutions Design *CRM Implementation So this is the front end of the projects dealing with the Managing Directors, the Finance Directors and the Sales Directors of client companies to establish what the priorities are, and sometimes ignoring the loudest voice and listening to the key issues. They are after someone who is credible at board level and can bring gravitas to kick off meetings, a really good client facing CRM Functional Consultant who knows how to translate requirements into CRM functionality. It is vital that you really understand CRM software and what a good CRM solution can do to improve a business. If you know Sage CRM that would be great, but if you are a Consultant working with another CRM solution you can switch over from that. So experience of Dynamics CRM, NetSuite, Act! Salesforce, Goldmine, Pivotal, RightNow, Gold-Vision, Maximizer, SugarCRM, SalesLogix, ProspectSoft or other similar CRM solutions would be very interesting. Functional CRM experience and understanding the full life cycle of project implementations is key. You will need to get to their office near Haywards Heath once a week, the rest of the time will be on client sites or working from home. You will initially work on some of the smaller projects that are around 20 to 100 seats, but as your experience grows you will have a chance to work on the larger, really interesting deals of 400 seats of more. This job is being created because the 2 Directors cannot cope with the volume of work and they want to be able to build the business.
