- Description
New role for a CRM Consultant with solid functional skills, able to take the client through the full life cycle from business requirements, analysis, needs fit, design, software configuration, data migration, implementation and user training. Ideally you will live within 60 minutes' drive of Aylesbury where their head office is located, as you will be mainly office based when not out on site. Starting salary to £45k plus car allowance and bonus scheme.
They are looking for a bright, adaptable CRM Consultant who is precise and has attention to detail and good client facing skills. This independent company has been in business for 15 years and focuses solely on CRM solutions. They sell 4 CRM packages, so they are very experienced at selecting the right system for each individual client, however you would spend the majority of your time working with Dynamics 365 CRM (cross training provided), for which they are a top Microsoft Gold Partner.
They are also experts in cloud and integration technologies and can advise on campaign software, marketing automation and email marketing, therefore offering their clients the full package.
You need strong analysis, documentation and functional CRM software implementation experience, knowledge of relational database concepts, Microsoft Office, excellent communication, time management and client facing skills, and will be adept at training and supporting clients at the end of an implementation.
You will have worked with solutions such as Dynamics CRM, Prospectsoft, SugarCRM, Sage CRM, StayinFront, NetSuite, Zoho, Really Simple, WorkBooks, Gold Vision, Priam, Adapt or similar.
With around 25 staff, this is a nice, comfortable place to work with a good vibe. They are fully supportive, offer training and development in a variety of technology and reward their people well for their contribution.
