Application Support Consultant for Accounting Software

This is a small, perfectly formed and very busy accounting software consultancy based between Sandhurst in Berkshire and Hook in Hampshire. They have too much work and need an addition to the company and are looking for for a bright Application Support Consultant to join their small team.

They will pay up to £35k for an Application Support Consultant who has good knowledge of supporting accounting software solutions and is great at maintaining client relationships. Plus they will cross train you to their accounting software.

You need proven experience of supporting accounting, or financial software such as Sage 200, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics GP, Dynamics AX, Access Dimensions, Exchequer, Xero, Infor SunSystems, PS Financials, Pegasus Opera, Sage 500 or similar. They would really like someone who is local to their office which is easily commutable from many towns in Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire.

You will join their friendly team of 5 software people and will provide solutions to your clients' software queries via the phone, email and remote connection, logging your calls and meeting agreed targets. You will have gained good knowledge of accounting software queries and will have great written and verbal communication skills, with customer service always at the forefront of your mind.

If you have a plan to move into software implementation then they can facilitate that in the future, however if you are happy in a software support role then that is fine too. They are a nice solid software company, long established with loyal clients and in a financially strong position. Everyone gets on extremely well almost like family.
