- Description
Application Support Consultant for large, successful software company based in Milton Keynes. Starting salary from £25k to £38k depending on our level of application support skills and accounting software, plus many benefits including private health care and profit sharing scheme.
They are looking for someone with solid skills supporting accounting software or the accounting modules of ERP, Property or Construction software solutions such as Sage 200, SAP Business One, Dynamics NAV, Iris Exchequer, Kerridge, COINS, Pegasus Opera, Access Dimensions, Xero, Infor, BrightPearl, Tramps, Pinewood, Yardi, Dynamics GP, Sage 50 or similar.
They sell, implement and support a high quality comprehensive and flexible specialist software solution that covers all aspects of accounting & invoicing & billing, , as well as rent & lettings, property maintenance, construction management, budgeting, inventory, on-line portals, marketing & CRM and many more.
They have a busy, buzzing Support Department and a large team of people providing project management, software implementation, testing and training to businesses across many of the major UK cities.
The key requirement is a good understanding of accounting software or the accounting modules of ERP type software solutions. Thy want someone who is switched-on, has attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, builds strong relationships with their clients and has real ambition to progress in their career. You enjoy team work and dealing with people and have a strong sense of putting the customer first.
You will provide 1st Line Application Support (as well as 2nd Line if you are a Senior Support Consultant) by phone, email, WebEx and remote connection, finding solutions to client queries and escalating where necessary.
