- Description
We successfully recruited an ERP Project Manager for this company in January, and now they need additional resource. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager with ERP software (or similar application software such as Dealer Management systems, Property Management, Merchants software, Accounting software or MRP software) and strong Microsoft Project expertise. This is a lynchpin role as it is right at the start of formal project management within the business, and you would be the second PM they have hired.
This is a small, rapidly growing software reseller, the fastest growing partner in the SAP mid-market channel in 2017 and recognised and rewarded by SAP. Coming on board now will give you a lot of autonomy, working with a tightly knit and excellent team on a cloud-based ERP product from a top 3 ERP vendor. Salary to £50k plus benefits.
They are fairly office centric. Their ERP product is 100% cloud based, so you need to be in the office with the ERP Consultants and developers 2- 3 days a week and will be out on site 2 days a week. They are based between Stratford-upon-Avon, Redditch and Worcester.
They need an experienced ERP Project Manager who can run 10-12 mid-market cloud ERP projects of 50-200 days simultaneously, as well as micro projects of 5-20 days. You need a full project management skill set; you can run kick off meetings, complete projects on time and within budget with agreed upon scope and serve as the focal point for communication to the management, clients and consultants on all project information such as project status, project plans, project changes, project risks, issue lists, mitigation strategy and technical information.
Strong Microsoft Project experience is preferred, ideally MS Project Premium, and some programme management experience would be beneficial.
They are looking for someone who is ambitious, disciplined, determined, a good plate spinner, keen to make a difference and has strong ERP project experience.
This is a newly created role; previously the Consultants have done the PM work. You will be their second Project Manager to come on board, so you can take lots of control and implement robust project management processes.
This company is going from strength to strength and it would be a great time to join and be part of their success. For further details contact Jake King or Carolyn MacLurg at Ambis Resourcing.
