ERP Software Support Consultant

ERP Support Consultant required to join a busy, growing team working for an ERP software reseller who specialise in a niche market in the UK. They are based near Brentford in West London and convenient for people living in London, Middlesex, Berkshire, Surrey and Hertfordshire. Salary to £35k plus benefits.

Their fully integrated ERP solution is aimed at the mid-market and covers stock management, sales order processing, logistics, warehousing, materials management, distribution, scheduling, import and exports, mobility, field service, transport, reporting and finance and accounting. It can be sold on premise or in the cloud and they are number one in their specialist market sector.

You will give 1st Line Application Support on all the modules, to their ever-expanding client base online and by phone, managing your tickets and ensuring that you meet SLA's. You will troubleshoot issues, identify risks, and analyse data, investigating your clients' problems and providing recommendations and solutions, escalating where necessary. You will log and document issues, produce training manuals, assist with software implementation tasks and testing of new software releases, as well as giving webinars to clients where required.

You need at least 12 months' experience in an application support role, supporting ERP or accounting software, and knowledge of Crystal Reports would be beneficial. You are a great communicator, with excellent problem-solving skills, who enjoys talking to customers and are proactive and a team player. They want someone who is eager to learn and progress and has good analytical skills and a winning way with customers.

The company has big growth plans this year, you will be busy and sometimes under pressure, but the team has fun at the same time and works cooperatively with each other to achieve shared goals and to share their knowledge. You may be required to undertake some international travel from time to time.
