- Description
Dynamics CRM Project Manager role; you can be home based but will need to travel to client sites and go into head office in Cambridge two days a week, so realistically you need to live within 90 minutes commute of Cambridge.
This software consulting company is a leading reseller of Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 and has grown to a considerable size through acquisition and reputation. They are part of a larger group of software businesses and are recognised within the group as one of the busiest divisions, with interesting projects, and a focused team of people, each Consultant delivering around 25 implementations per year.
They need an additional Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Project Manager. A competitive package is on offer with base salary to £50k + £5500 car allowance, a £5k bonus, shopper discounts, and private healthcare.
The company sells into a specific range of verticals covering the manufacturing, distribution, retail and food & beverage areas. They continue to grow at a consistent rate and career prospects and career development are a strong focus for them.
As a Dynamics CRM project Manager here, you will be the point of contact between the client and the MS CRM team after the deal is signed, looking after all the project stages, the consultants, revenue, profit and standards.
You will develop project work plans, look after daily management of the team, scope of work, progress reports, project plans, project risks and changes, stakeholder management, and quality checks throughout the term of the project. These projects can be from 30 - 300 seats and you should be able to run multiple projects concurrently, on time and to budget, handling project creep.
You have strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good relationships with your clients and your team members and get them on side. You will direct all the activities of the business project team and work with the latest versions of Dynamics CRM as well as 365.
This is a well-respected CRM company with a 25 year track record, a great management team and high standards. There will be challenges to get your teeth into, but the team can take the pressure and have fun at the same time.
