Accounting Software Trainer & Support Consultant for a new role based in Yeovil in Somerset. To £27k + car allowance or car.
Our client develops, sells and implements business software in a specialist market. Their solution covers finance & accounting, document management, stock management, performance tracking, analytics, portals, dashboards and reporting.
The finance element of their software includes invoicing, sales ledger, billings, split fees, cash receipts, discounting, deposits and payroll and integrates with all other aspects of the MIS system.
Your role will be to establish and build great relationships with your clients and to provide First Line Support and Training to them on the business and accounting software.
On the support side, problems and enquiries will come in to you by phone and email, and you will log and record your cases, finding effective resolution or escalating problems where required, ensuring you meet required SLA's.
As a Software Trainer you will assist in the development and production of product documents and training material, prepare group and one-to-one training courses, produce post training reports and ensure that you provide a first-class service to your customers and adhere to company policy.
They are looking for someone with experience of support and training on accounting / finance software, good IT knowledge, sound experience of MS Office, and solid understanding of accounting principles. Crystal reports would also be useful.
You work well under pressure, you enjoy coaching people and running training sessions and can influence others where needed. There will be travel involved in the UK and occasionally abroad, so you must be happy to travel and have a full driving license.
