Application Support Consultant or Support Analyst, Coventry. We are looking for a bright motivated Software Support Consultant to join a professional support team within a software consultancy who develop, sell, implement and support a niche market integrated ERP business solution that covers CRM, job costing, accounting, order processing, reporting, rentals and marketing. Salary up to £28k plus bonus.

Their product is very successful and going from strength to strength and is a total business solution. They are in the middle of a growth period and need an additional Support Analyst for the team.

You will be providing telephone, email and remote support for their ERP & CRM solution, supporting application functionality issues and investigate faults and misfunctions, keeping your clients updated and informed of progress on their case, and liaising with developers where required.

They are looking for someone who is a good communicator, professional, client focused and a friendly team player. Your background will be in Application Support, Software Support or 1^st Line Support and you will have experience of ERP, CRM or Accounting software, or other business software such as dealer management systems, estate agents' software, legal accounting software, payroll software, educational software, MRP software, property software, membership software or similar.
