CRM Implementation & Support Consultant

CRM Implementation & Support Consultant for a buzzing software reseller in Hemel Hempstead. Our client is super busy with CRM software projects and needs a full time CRM Consultant to cover support and implementation work. This would be a varied role with lots of responsibility and chance to progress. A wide salary range is on offer, from £25k to £45k depending on your level of experience.

You need to have worked on a CRM product doing an implementation project, talking to sales people, sales managers and sales directors about the business processes and the workflow, gathering their requirements and documenting your findings, and you need to have done the analysis and understand the sales department and how they think.

The more CRM products you have knowledge of, the better, the more CRM projects you have worked on, the better and the more support calls you have taken, the better. These could be any of the popular CRM solutions such as Sage CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, Maximizer, Goldmine, ACT!, Gold-Vision, MS Dynamics CRM, StayInFront, Sugar CRM, SalesLogix, Infor CRM, Exact CRM, Siebel CRM, Hybris CRM, AccPac CRM, or anything similar.

You will get full training in Sage CRM and full official Sage Certification. They will develop you into a Senior CRM Consultant and eventually you will be able to run your own projects from scratch, demo the software, to talk to clients about the requirements and understand their business needs, configure the software, and implement it.

This role is office based in Hemel Hempstead, plus you will be working on client sites and doing remote consultancy from the office. You need to be in the office most days.
