Seeking an Application Support Consultant / 1st Line Support Analyst with Accounting or ERP software support experience. This role has real potential for someone to move into software implementation, training, or account management and you will learn Sage 200 cloud accounting software as well as Sage X3 and Sage CRM. They would like a local candidate as the role will be office based in Stockport and there is real opportunity here to progress your career - starting salary to £25k plus benefits and cross training.
This is a full service IT Company that offers support, consultancy and training across a wide range of business products and has been in business for over 20 years. They often act as the IT department for small businesses and sell accounting and CRM software as well as other specialist business solutions along with networks, infrastructure and servers. So they can cover the total needs of SME's.
They are looking for a bright, personable Application Support Consultant with experience of supporting accounting, ERP, or DMS software solutions such as SAP Business One, Pegasus Opera, Access Dimensions, Agresso, Dynamics NAV, Kerridge, Pinewood, Sage 50, Sage 200, Exchequer, Dynamics GP, Coda, Sage L500, Epicor, Infor, SunAccounts or similar. You need to have good communication & customer service skills and will have worked in a first line support role.
You will look after their customer base giving 1st Line Support for Sage 200 and Sage CRM. You should be good at getting hands-on with problems, resolving client queries by telephone, email and remote connection, well organised and able to work under pressure when the team is busy.
They are a solid, successful business and have around 35 happy staff. They are looking for someone with Accounting software or ERP software support experience to work with their customers and provide a first class service.
There will be plenty for you to learn and adding these skills to your CV will only give your future employability a boost. The job could develop into a client facing consulting role, doing implementations and projects, or demonstrating software or doing some account management.
