CRM Consultant, Junior Level - to £32k

This specialist business software consultancy provides CRM solutions, primarily MS Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM, (as well as 3 other CRM solutions) to a wide range of industries including manufacturing, membership clubs, fund raising companies, marketing and property companies. They have around 30 employees, and work on small to very large projects with some amazing clients doing interesting and challenging MS CRM and Dynamics CRM work.

The business is thriving, and they are busy and need to hire an additional Junior CRM Consultant to cope with the work load. The ethos here is team work, sharing the tasks and the projects and giving everyone the work that best suits their skill set and knowledge. They have a track record of hiring people with limited CRM experience and training them up with the added skills they need to become certified CRM Consultants. You will need to have CRM project experience and understand the business requirements, processes and needs of people working with CRM, primarily Dynamics 365. This is a client facing role which will involve going out on client site, gathering requirements, doing workshops, business process mapping, documentation, testing, training and post go-live support.

You will ideally be from a CRM implementation & consulting background, but you could be a CRM Systems Administrator in-house with some good CRM training experience and you know the product well and are ready for that step up into consultancy. Or you could be doing CRM Application Support for a reseller, and you are looking to move into software implementation and software training.

The job role involves all aspects of MS Dynamics 365 consulting, and the more experience you have of gathering requirements, using or designing CRM solutions, configuring CRM software, end user and client training, report writing and data migration, the better your chances are. If you have Dynamics 365, or MS Dynamics CRM experience, so much the better.

You will need to be confident and outgoing and happy visiting and talking to clients at all levels. You will also enjoy giving software training to people, and will be a good listener, note taker and organiser & planner, with strong time management skills. You will have a track record of picking up new technology and will be a fast learner. They want people with a passion for CRM software and IT.
