This is a superb job for a Functional Implementation Consultant, Professional Services Consultant or Business Analyst who has drive, ambition, a passion for SaaS web-based technology and wants to be part of an innovative and entrepreneurial software business, based near Waterloo in London. They look for people who are confident communicators, forward thinking, friendly and enthusiastic with a positive attitude and excellent client facing skills. Salaries range from £35k to £55k depending on your experience level, plus a wide range of benefits.
The role will cover the full life cycle of software implementation including taking the clients' requirements, identifying, scoping and writing change requests, workshops, documentation, system configuration including templates & system settings, writing test cases, presenting the new solution to the clients, verifying data setup and data integrity, implementing the software, creating and / or updating training guides and user manuals, training the users and hand holding them through the go-live.
They are looking for a keen and ambitious Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant who can flesh out and document detailed business requirements from their clients, is highly organised with attention to detail, personable but professional, and is results driven and resilient. You will be experienced in rolling out commercial application software solutions such as ERP, rentals software, estate agency or property management software, hotel reservations software, facilities management, workplace management, bookings or accommodation software, field service, pensions, asset management software, bookings software, payments software, leisure software, CRM, legal software, accounting software, CAFM, construction solutions, hire software, or anything similar.
Their parent company is a global success with over 10,000 clients across the world, and they continue to invest heavily in the further development of our client's software solutions. They sell, implement and support, powerful web-based property rental and bookings and online leasing software solutions, that allow companies to manage and maintain their property rental portfolios and student accommodation. The property rental market is a high growth sector and the company is expanding fast.
So, their software is used for dealing with tenants, room bookings, hotel style reservations management, accounting and ledgers, property maintenance, property marketing, asset management, forecasting, CRM, tenant portals, corporate apartment block management, student accommodation management and repairs. Their modular cloud-based solution includes mobile functionality and kiosk and portal solutions, and it is very flexible and configurable, user friendly, interactive and highly stylised.
