Ambitious and enthusiastic HR & Payroll Software Implementation Consultant for a home-based position with a global ERP company, and lots of travel to client sites throughout the UK. This is a new opportunity to work for a leading consultancy in a client facing role. Base salary to £50k plus car allowance, bonus, 5 weeks' holiday, and private healthcare. Nottingham is just a random location, you can live anywhere in the UK.
This global company has a track record spanning 30 years, offices in over 40 countries and more than 2000 staff and they are still experiencing excellent growth across all their business areas. This role is to work in their HCM, Payroll and HR area, there are over 25 modules in this sector, so a lot to keep you busy. They are authors of their own specialist ERP software which has a multitude of modules including full financials, supply chain, project costing, project management, field service, operations and sales & CRM.
They need an additional client facing Payroll & HR Implementation Consultant, experienced in the full software implementation life cycle from cradle to grave. You will go to head office occasionally, but most of your week will be spent out on client sites nationwide, so you must be happy to travel and have nights away, as part of your role. One day a week you will work from home. They follow a structured method for all software implementations, and it would be useful if you are familiar with structured methodologies.
You will manage every aspect of the HR & Payroll software implementations from conducting business process reviews, analysis, requirements, managing workshops, setting milestones, documentation, software configuration, report writing, go-live through to user training and post implementation trouble shooting. You will document project objectives and timelines and ensure the implementations are met to schedule and to budget. You will also assist the sales team with demos of the software where required and carry out system audits with existing clients to ensure that they are making the most of their HR & Payroll software.
Your Profile:
- Proven Payroll & HR Software Implementation and Consulting experience
- Analysis, requirements, business process, configuration and implementation
- Client facing background
- You have trained users at all levels in software features
- Strong communication skills
- Degree level or equivalent education
- Organised, enthusiastic, approachable and highly motivated
- Ambitious!
- Happy to travel to client sites across the UK
