ERP Application Support Consultant, internal role

This is an internal Application Support role, supporting all the systems that this IT Company use to run their business. Their key software is NetSuite ERP which runs the heart of their business, so they are looking for an Application Support Analyst with at least 18 months experience supporting an ERP (or similar) solution, who would be happy in an internal support role. Salary to £30k for the right candidate, based in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

As the ERP Application Support Analyst, you will play a key role in the company being responsible for assisting internal users in the adoption, utilisation and improvements of the NetSuite ERP system. You will be a first point of contact for end users in resolving and addressing issues around the system. You will own, manage and resolve all support issues relating to their ERP solution and all internal company software applications, as well as providing training to the users.

They have two UK offices and around 150 staff who you would be supporting, and they have been in business for around 25 years, providing IT Solutions, Consultancy and Support & Managed Services.

Your background:

• 18 months+ providing Application Support on ERP or DMS software or similar
• Strong computer literacy
• A keen interest in IT applications & new technology and learning new solutions
• Able to root-cause issues and work side by side with 3rd party providers
• You enjoy analysing and investigating software issues and using your problem-solving skills to come up with solutions
• Happy testing new ERP functionality and new software releases
• Professional attitude, with excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Interested in continuously looking for ways to improve the internal software applications
• Able to deliver effective training to internal users

You will have experience supporting ERP solutions such as Infor, Kerridge, Exact, Dynamics NAV, Greentree, Epicor, Access Dimensions, NetSuite, Intact, Sage 200, SAP Business One, Dynamics AX, Insight123, etc or similar software such as Pinewood DMS, Automotive software, Property Management software or Construction software.

You will get plenty of ongoing training, a great team of professional but friendly people to work with, and a regular 9.00 - 5.00 internal application support role in a busy IT company in a nice location in Kettering.
