This role is based in a beautiful area of central Harrogate, working for a long-established specialist manufacturing company. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Application Support Consultant or Support Analyst or Business Analyst who has worked with ERP or MRP software and understands manufacturing business and how the business runs. They will pay up to £45k and will cross train you to their Tier 2 ERP solution.
This is a busy, innovative manufacturing company with a 50 year history in discrete and process manufacturing. They have 2 offices and they need an additional Application Support Consultant or Business Analyst to cover ERP application support, business processes, problem solving and report writing.
They are interested in anyone with ERP Support and analysis experience who is motivated, bright and dedicated and keen to take on a very varied role with very good prospects.
You will have worked with ERP solutions used for manufacturing, so this might be Dynamics NAV, Infor Visual or Infor Syteline, ECi M1, Priority ERP, Efacs, Access Supply Chain, Orderwise, IFS, Sanderson Unity, EVO-ERP, Dynamics AX, BatchMaster, Sage EM, Sage X3, JDE Manufacturing, SAP Business One for Manufacturing or anything similar.
Your background:
- 18 months + ERP Software Application Support / Business Analysis experience
- Good knowledge of the manufacturing environment
- Business processes and requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to liaise with stakeholders and users at all levels and build relationships
- A good problem solver with attention to detail
- Knowledge sharing
- Report writing
