Key senior software sales position in a global property software company with multiple offices in 7 countries and over 3000 staff across the world. Their solutions are 100% web based and range from high level, high ticket solutions to iOS and Android apps. Their property software has core ERP & accounting functionality, there is a massive market for it globally and it sells very well. Base salary to £120k with a double OTE of £240k, plus an extensive range of company benefits.
This position is Head of Software Sales for Commercial Property and Investment solutions, which covers the revenue and services side of their business. As Head of Investment Management Real Estate software, you will have the biggest and most profitable sector of their business, and will be targeting large property owners, talking to their fund managers, equity managers and asset managers. These property portfolios could be in the office, residential, industrial or student markets.
You will be managing a small team, heading up sales strategy and driving revenue, but it is very much still a hands-on role selling their products and services to prospects and existing clients within the commercial and investment real estate & property management industry.
You background:
- Strong experience selling investment and commercial property software
- Proven sales leadership and people management
- Strengths in strategy and thought leadership
- The ability to cultivate and manage relationships with prospects and existing clients at senior level
- Previous experience as the spokesperson for investment & commercial property solutions
- Driving revenue growth
- Strong, engaging presentation skills, able to demo vis WebEx or face to face and demonstrate product value
- New business sales from building pipeline and strategy, networking and cold calling, through to closure
- Assisting with developing and implementing new marketing materials and programs
- Exceptional client relationship skills
- Able to motivate and get the best out of a team
- An influencer
You will be an accomplished senior sales professional with proven success in selling property investment software and commercial property management software and growing revenue.
You will drive growth, tech adoption, business transformation, collaboration & automation in Commercial Property & Investment Management. The key to this will be new business sales to clients in the UK and Ireland.
These could include the largest commercial estate agencies such as Knight Frank, Jones Lang Lasalle, Savills, Cushman & Wakeman and CBRE Global Investors as well as end user clients like Crown Estates, British Land, Black Rock and M&G. In addition, you will manage 3 additional sales heads (both new business and account management). But the job is still very much about hands on sales carrying a personal target and selling to new customers is crucial.
It is based out of their London offices in the City, but you could work from home most of the time. However, it's crucial that you live within an hour's commute of central London, as the majority of clients operate out of London and the sales team is sited here.
