Superb role for an enthusiastic CRM Implementation Consultant - this is a small but perfectly formed specialist CRM consultancy based near Weybridge in Surrey, with around a dozen staff and a track record spanning 10 years. Starting salary to £45k (6 month review) plus bonus and private healthcare, office based with limited UK travel - probably 2 or 3 days a month, so if you're fed up with being out on site constantly, this is a real bonus!
Their CRM solutions cover lead generation, customer engagement, sales performance & management, marketing workflows, account management, customer loyalty, sales automation, service and much more. The 3 main modules are marketing, sales and service, and it is user friendly, with pretty customised dashboards and feature rich.
The quality of the software is superb, and the functionality is very strong, but most importantly they are developing very fast and future prospects are excellent. As a consultant you will work on enterprise projects (from 50 to 200 licenses), run your own projects, handle the full functional CRM consulting role and work with a stunning technical team. Much of the work is done remotely from the office so travel is limited to 2 or 3 days a month!
They are looking for someone who fits well into a close knit, collaborative team and can handle the entire software implementation life cycle. This will include client requirements, workshops, business analysis, solution design, software configuration, user acceptance testing, documentation, and training and hand holding. You will get professional cross training to their award-winning CRM platform, which has been ramping up over the last few years and is fast becoming the biggest competitor to MS Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.
The job would NOT suit a SalesForce or an MS Dynamics CRM consultant. You need to have worked with another CRM product such as WorkBooks, Zoho, Sage CRM, Maximiser, Goldmine, Prospectsoft, Act!, Goldvision, NetSuite, Infusionsoft, SugarCRM, Apptivo, Prophet, Pivotal, Simply CRM or anything similar, and if you have experience with a SaaS solution, so much the better.
Your background:
- Full lifecycle CRM software implementation
- Strong client facing and interpersonal skills
- Happy working on quick start projects of up to 10 days, and long-term projects up to 150 days
- Client training
- Good documentation and attention to detail
- Able to work on 3 to 4 projects simultaneously
- Strong time management
