Application Support Consultant / Support Analyst role near South Croydon station, experience of supporting accounting software packages is essential either with a reseller, vendor or at an end user company. This is a mixed role involving application support and client training and will get you involved in the future in some software implementation, if you are interested in that aspect. Salary to £35k.
This is a very successful IT and software company offering Pegasus Opera, Dynamics 365, MS Dynamics CRM and Payroll solutions.
They have over 100 clients using Pegasus Opera software and they provide an excellent level of support to them as they have a reputation for high quality application software support.
They are selling Dynamics 365 successfully and have over 100 different clients on Dynamics 365.
Moving forward into 2020 they will be doing more Dynamics 365 work.
So this role is to give application support on Pegasus Opera, and to learn MS Dynamics 365. You will be responsible for supporting their client base of customers by telephone, email and remote connection, analysing problems and escalating them when necessary.
They are offering full cross training to and certification on Pegasus Opera, full training and certification on Dynamics 365 and full training through your AAT qualifications to get your accounting knowledge finely tuned.
They will look at any reasonably local Software Support Consultants or Support Analysts with accounting software experience, looking after solutions such as Sage 50, Sage 200, Xero, QuickBooks, Kashflow, Greentree, Open Accounts, Coda, Dynamics NAV, NetSuite, SunSystems, Dynamics GP, Exchequer, BrightPearl, SAP Business One, Pegasus Opera or similar.
They would like someone who enjoys picking up new technology and is happy to "have a go" - someone who enjoys the challenge of figuring it out themselves but is also happy to ask for help. And of course, you will be the type of person who enjoys talking to clients, analysing problems and digging deep to come up with a solution.
