An enthusiastic Project Manager who has worked on client facing business application projects is sought for this software company based near Waterloo in London. They have a superb consulting and implementation team, a 20 year history in selling solutions for the property management and rental management sectors, and a highly successful global parent company that invest heavily in development of their solutions. Salary to £60k plus a wide range of benefits.
They have just won yet another large client and need an additional Project Manager who has worked on business application software projects to join their team. Most of the work will be London based, out on client site and in their offices near Waterloo Bridge in London. You need to have run implementation projects for business application software such as property, ERP, construction, rentals, field service, HR, payroll, CRM, reservations, events, dealer management systems, asset management, pensions, estimating, accounting or similar software solutions.
They are looking for an energetic Project Manager with strong interpersonal skills, who understands business processes and can interpret requirements. You are skilled at managing people and software projects from kick-off, identifying pain points in implementation projects and providing appropriate resolutions to keep projects on schedule and to budget, as well as handling conflict resolution.
You are highly organised and self-motivated, and you work with your clients and your implementation team to manage project planning, resource scheduling and issue management, recording and mitigating project issues and risk, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders. On top of that you are ambitious and passionate about seeing software projects through to a perfect conclusion.
With previous experience as a Project Manager looking after concurrent software projects, in a client facing role, you will cover:
- Project kick off meetings
- Organising and attending site visits and project meetings
- Project plans, RAG reports
- Scheduling consultants and developers to carry out project delivery tasks
- Budgets
- Change requests
- Working with stakeholders and providing progress reports
- Managing issue and risk registers for review at meetings
- Communicating with clients through email, site visits and conference calls
- Diaries, timesheets, invoices
- Managing scope and deliverables
If you have project managed property management software implementation projects before, they would be very keen to meet you. But essentially, Project Management experience of any similar application software is very suitable. So solutions like ERP software, construction software, hotel reservation software, legal software, accounting or finance, DMS software, Payroll software, Estimating software, Field Service software or anything along those lines.
Their software is a modular, flexible and thoroughly modern web-based property management and rentals solution, that helps companies to manage, maintain and run their property portfolios. It has a multitude of modules that cover dealing with tenants, student room bookings, accounting and ledgers, estimating, property maintenance, property marketing, asset management, forecasting, CRM, and repairs. It includes mobile & tablet functionality and kiosk and portal solutions.
As the projects are working on software implementations for large property portfolio firms and there are lots of interesting challenges to deal with.
