- Description
- We are recruiting for a Sage ERP X3 Consultant to work for a leading UK X3 partner. Their team is a highly trained, experienced group comprised of solution architects, project managers, developers, technical consultants and business / implementation consultants. Their diverse team means that they can understand requirements, determine a solution and create the solution all within the team, which provides everything you need to perform well in this consulting role. A competitive package is on offer with a base salary of up to £60k plus car allowance, bonus, pension and benefits. Reporting to the Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and configuration of Sage ERP X3 software. Your experience will cover the full Sage ERP X3 life cycle from pre-sales demonstrations, pilot, configuration, client training, go-live and post-sales support and will have excellent communication skills at all levels from Director to shop floor staff. You will be customer service focused with the commitment to ensuring that the delivery of your Sage ERP X3 projects exceeds your clients' expectations. You will plan and perform Sage ERP X3 software implementations, working with clients through business process reviews, requirements, and managing job expectations and timeline requirements. You will perform business analysis and prepare functional design specifications for customisations. You will help define any issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to resolve any implementation issues and help the client to set standards for software functionality. Your profile: *Full life cycle experience of Sage ERP X3 business software and a good understanding of the X3 product framework and requirements *Running workshops to understand client requirements *Experience in pre-sales, implementation, training and support within the Sage ERP X3 environment *Project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping *Creating reports using Crystal Reports and Excel *Manipulation of data in MS SQL *Client service comes first as your highest priority *Highly motivated, resourceful and enthusiastic *Confident and a good team member This role is with one of Sage's leading strategic partners who supply the full range of Sage products across ERP, CRM and accounting software solutions targeted to the unique needs of their clients.
