Marketing Manager / Marketing Strategist / Marketing Executive - a newly created permanent position with a cloud software company; you will play a key role in the growth of the business and will be their go to marketing person for the UK and Europe. The job requires someone with at least 4 years' end to end experience in full mix digital and print marketing; and knowledge of property management software, property rentals & lettings, student accommodation or real estate software, or another similar type of application software or technology would be a real bonus. Starting salary to £54k plus a range of benefits.
The job is home based and can be part time or full time (they are very flexible); once the current situation with regards to social distancing eases up, you would probably need to go into their central London office once a week. So realistically you will probably be living within a 2 hour commute of London.
The company provides innovative, smart, flexible web based software solutions for the property rental industries, so it is used by landlords and property owners for student accommodation, key worker accommodation, tenancy management, commercial rentals, social housing, private rentals and property maintenance and repairs.
You will be responsible for coming up with a complete marketing strategy and campaign plan for the European side of their business, taking their global branding and developing it further for the UK and for the full European market. So this is a full mix marketing and marketing communications role across digital and print. You have marketed a product or solution before and can define budgets, campaign strategies, the target audience, and goals and you will get to know the business, their buyers, their competitors, and their market trends well, to drive sales.
You will plan and execute strategies for integrated marketing campaigns to include B2B content management, web content, video scripts, print & digital advertising copy with focused messaging, articles and blogs, lead generation projects, social media, email campaigns, marketing collateral, event planning & scheduling, brochures, and documentation.
You will drive on-line and off-line marketing that includes website, webinars, events, trade shows, newsletters, blogs, lead generation, social media, SEO and direct response programs to deliver on business goals and achieve revenue and unit growth targets. You should be able to produce compelling value propositions, positioning and messaging, that wins with potential clients.
Your background:
- 4 years'+ in a full mix digital & print marketing, campaign and strategy role
- End to end marketing experience for a specific product market
- Able to sell ideas and present to senior stake holders
- Sound knowledge of the buying process and buyer criteria
- You deliver integrated successful campaigns on time and to budget
- A self-starter, motivated and enthusiastic
- Ideally, a marketing background in the B2B technology / software / IT or property management areas
- Excellent planning, time management, reporting and communication skills
- Creative, proactive and a great people person with an excellent command of English
- Results driven
