Sage 200 Support Consultant for a busy privately owned Sage reseller based in the south of Manchester, you will have to spend some time in the offices, but there is plenty of flexibility for home working as well. The key here is energy, lots of enthusiasm, and keenness to learn, advance yourself, and provide superb support services to their loyal client base.
The company has been busy right through the current lockdown. They have been in business for more than 20 years and are very well established and well respected in the North as a Sage 200 reseller. Starting salary up to £35k if you have strong Sage 200 support skills.
You may be a seasoned Sage 200 Support Analyst or you might be someone who is early on in your IT support career, with Sage 200 skills gained on a support desk or in a helpdesk role at an end user, and hoping to move up into consultancy in the future. Or you might be a Sage 200 super user who has done some Sage administration, a bit of training for new users, and who is the in-house "go to Sage 200 person". They are happy to look at all levels of experience and fit you into the team at your skill level.
They need someone who has experience supporting the Sage 200 product and is patient, personable, a great problem solver, and is comfortable talking to clients and dealing with pressure when the tickets are piling up. Any additional experience of Spindle, Credit Hound or other Eureka or Sicon add-ons would all be a bonus.
The role will be office based with some flexibility for home working days once you know the ropes. This is a happy environment, privately run and owned, with a great team and atmosphere, and it would suit an enthusiastic Sage 200 Support Analyst who wants to do their job well and work for a good consultancy who invest in your training and personal career advancement.
This is a super reseller in South Manchester with a good vibe and a friendly, happy team of support analysts, Sage 200 Consultants and PM's. You need to perform but you will be treated as an adult and left to get on with your job, once you're familiar with the environment and systems. The Consulting Manager is a great guy to work with.
