- Description
This role is with a global technology solutions provider who deliver innovative products to the worldwide property management and workspace management industries. They need another software Implementation Consultant who has experience of coworking space management software, or flexible workspace & buildings management solutions, for a home based role anywhere in the UK.
As a Professional Services Consultant or Implementation Consultant, you will have been involved in implementing cloud or SaaS software solutions such as SpaceOS, Nexudus, OfficeRnD, Cobot, Satellite Deskworks, Optix, Satellite Deskworks, andcards, essensys, Kube, Coworkify etc. Salary to £55k plus a package of benefits, based anywhere in the UK with some travel to client sites. London is just a marker point, you could live anywhere in the UK as this is a fully remote position.
So you will have implemented a buildings and workspace management solution that allows landlords, real estate, property management, shared office and flexible space operators, to operate flexible, connected workspaces through a single data driven system. This will have covered things like occupier management, space management, member lifecycle management, CRM and payments, daily operations, online desk and meeting room booking, food ordering, gym and class bookings, guest registration, and parking facilities, therefore increasing portfolio returns, and attracting and retaining top occupiers.
The job involves managing fast paced implementation projects, liaising with clients and suppliers to gather their requirements, reporting and documentation, solution testing, implementation of the cloud software, training the client and users, plus R & D work on new platforms and products. The solution is portal driven with incredible ease of use for the person booking space.
You will be mentored by the Senior Consultant who runs the co-working space software implementation team. This is someone with 15 years property management software implementation and project management experience, so you will have the opportunity to learn a huge amount.
Our client is a global property and real estate management software company, and they have recently acquired a coworking space management software company. What makes this company unique in this fast growing area, is that they already own a hardware technology business in the coworking space market, who deliver the VLan, telephony, Wi-Fi, voice and shared communications required, and their newly acquired coworking space solution will be tied into their real estate and property booking software.
They already have 600 properties using their hardware solution for space management, and 5000 clients using their property management software, so clients will be existing customers and they have an endless supply of businesses looking to buy into their coworking space management solution, which can be sold independently or bundled together with their other property management offerings.
With the changing face of office space, the market for shared office and co-working is increasing dramatically. Their solutions solve the critical issue of building and bundling a package whilst providing the appropriate services through portals.
You have high-energy, a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills and plenty of motivation, and are happy working in a high-performance business. This is a busy, interesting role working for a global leader in property management, with the latest software solutions in an ever increasing market.
