Yardi Voyager Implementation Consultant

Yardi Implementation Consultant / Yardi Professional Services Consultant sought for a permanent software implementation & professional services role; home based with some travel to clients, and some visits to the London head office. Salary to £85k. They would be happy to see candidates who have implemented Yardi Voyager at end user sites, and are looking to move into software consultancy, as well as Yardi Consultants who are already working in a client facing consultancy role.

This is a unique, entrepreneurial & growing company of around 40 people. Most staff are based remotely; they have a beautiful central London office, so you have a choice of where to work and flexibility for home or office based days; it's entirely up to you. They believe you should have the freedom to work where you thrive and function best. You would have to come down to the London office a couple of times a month realistically.

Yardi Voyager full project life cycle implementation skills are key. You know the product well from the viewpoint of a functional consultant, you understand the business processes, you are client facing, and able to talk to stakeholders, analyse requirements, identify needs and gaps, create documentation, do the design and configuration, customisation, testing, and implementation and train the users. And you have a good breadth of knowledge across all areas of the Yardi property management solution and its add-ons.

You enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, you thrive in a supportive, collaborative team of people, and you have genuine interest and knowledge of the property investment & real estate management markets, and a good understanding of the property accounting module.

They work with the wealthiest and highest level of real estate investment trust clients, and property management companies who are looking after £multi-billion global portfolios. These clients are some of the most successful and profitable companies in this sector, and are looking for the best level of boutique service from their software suppliers. So you need to be a top end Yardi Implementation Consultant, who is comfortable communicating with this level of client. You will be dynamic, and personable, and passionate about delivering excellent client service and smooth implementations.

Typically clients will be new customers moving to Yardi software, or existing customers looking for extra consultancy and advice, application support or new roll outs or Voyager upgrades. They also offer software support services to their customers, who want a highly tailored and niche support contract and service above and beyond.

They would also consider Implementation Consultants or Professional Services Consultants who have worked with competitor high level property investment / property management software solutions such as MRI, Qube, Horizon, Tramps etc. and have strong knowledge of accounting and property software, and want to cross train. For cross trainers they would pay up to £65k.

You do not need to live in London, you can be based anywhere, as long as you are happy travelling, spending time on client sites, and visiting the London office a couple of times a month. They are growing year on year, and have an excellent client base and people love the culture here.
