Your background:-you have strong ERP consulting experience working for ERP software resellers, consultancies, or ERP software authors and a broad understanding of ERP solutions and all the cycles required to ensure successful implementations. You will also get involved with the HR and internal recruitment divisions to help them hire the right people that are needed, at the right time.

Why would you want this job?

  • There is a huge amount of responsibility in managing a £10m ERP business unit. But you won't have the day to day headache of projects or people.
  • You will have the "Big Picture" overview of the direction of the group. So you will be heavily involved in planning and forecasting, and looking beyond the next month and the current workload at next year and the following year.
  • The responsibility is to ensure the products and services that make up the ERP line of business are commercially viable, taken to market and maintained effectively and efficiently. The headline products in this unit are 2 mid-market ERP solutions.
  • Reporting to the Products Director and working in close cooperation with other board members and department heads, you will be responsible for the effective go to market of the ERP products with time to market, customer experience, quality of service delivery and economic performance at the heart of the success criteria.
  • The job is mainly office based (between Bournemouth and Poole) but with flexible home working days and occasional travel is envisaged to customer and / or supplier sites. It may require out of hours working both on a pre-arranged and ad-hoc basis.

They offer a full range of large company benefits, the business is flourishing and well-funded, and the job is interesting, very varied and quite complex. If it appeals to you, and you want to know more, contact Jake King or Carolyn MacLurg at Ambis Resourcing.
