Superb role for a highly experienced Yardi Implementation Consultant / Yardi Professional Services Consultant for a new role with a vendor partner that delivers excellence to its clients. You can be home or office based, you will probably need to come to the London head office once or twice a month. They have a stunning office in a trendy area of London, so you have a choice of where to work and as much flexibility as you want; it's entirely up to you. They will pay up to £115k, and are happy to negotiate to get the right candidate, as this position is key to their 5 year plan.

The company works with the highest level of real estate investment trust clients, asset management and property management companies who are looking after £multi-billion global portfolios. These clients are some of the most successful and profitable companies in this sector, and are looking for the best level of service from their software supplier. So you need to be a top end Yardi Implementation Consultant, who is comfortable communicating with this level of customer. You are dynamic, communicative, charming, personable, and forceful where necessary, and you are passionate about delivering the very best service to your clients and guiding them through the complexities of Yardi implementations.

They will look at candidates who have implemented Yardi Voyager at internal end user sites, and are looking to move into software consultancy, as well as Yardi Consultants who are already working in a client facing consultancy role and can hit the ground running. Or you may be a Systems Accountant on Yardi Voyager with software implementation expertise.

You understand the complexities of Yardi implementations, and can plan thoroughly, ask the right questions to get the business requirements you need, ensure that the client sees all the possibilities that the Yardi system can offer them and the capabilities of the system, and you can explain how they could upgrade or streamline their processes by moving to the cloud.

Yardi Voyager full project life cycle implementation skills are key. You know the product well from the viewpoint of a functional consultant, you understand the business processes, you are client facing, and able to talk to stakeholders, get the requirements, identify needs and gaps, create documentation, do the design and configuration, testing, and implementation and train the users thoroughly to master the new set of tools. You have a good breadth of knowledge across all areas of the Yardi property management solution and its add-ons.

Any experience of Yardi Workflow, Commercials, Residential, Fixed Assets, Yardi IM Investment Management or Yardi ABF, Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting, Yardi reporting and BI, SSRS, or Yardi scripting would be brilliant too.

You are likely to be someone who flourishes in a fast paced, dynamic environment, you thrive in an energetic, supportive, collaborative team of people, and you have genuine interest in, and passion for, the property investment & real estate management markets plus a good understanding of property accounting.

Typically clients will be new customers moving to Yardi software, or existing customers looking for extra consultancy and advice, migration to the cloud, application support or new roll outs of Voyager upgrades.
