- Description
This hybrid role is for an experienced Sage X3 Consultant who can handle implementations from cradle to grave, and can also manage 50 day projects from start to finish. You will be an experienced Sage X3 Implementation Consultant, with really good functional, investigation and analysis skills, and strengths with the finance & accounting, distribution or manufacturing sectors.
It is based from home (must be within the UK) and they will pay up to £70k + car allowance and decent benefits.
As a multiple award winning Sage X3 Business Partner, this company provides a complete end-to-end solution for the Sage X3 product suite across the globe. They have grown to 18 people, and amazingly, over the last 15 years they have not lost any member of their team, which is proof of their great working environment and their motto of looking after their staff and promoting from within. Plus, they have only ever lost one client to another reseller; that speaks for itself as to the level of service they provide to their customers. They have grown essentially, through their excellent reputation, and will continue to do so.
In 2020 their turnover was 39% higher than in 2019, and in 2021 it is 20% higher yet again. 60% of their turnover in 2022 will be recurring revenue from support contracts, and in an average year, they deliver around 900 days of X3 consultancy. As is the new norm, there is very little on-site client work now, as the majority of projects and implementations can be managed remotely.
They do a high number of international implementations which require multi-country, multi-currency and multi-legislation business requirements, so the projects are interesting and can be quite complex.
They are looking for someone with a real depth of expertise in Sage X3 Implementations, who still enjoys the hands-on aspects, but is happy to work in a hybrid role and also manage projects of around 50 days from beginning to end, including planning, scheduling resources, setting and meeting milestones, managing risk, and coordinating the whole project to hand over.
A self-starter, you are likely to be a highly experienced Sage X3 Consultant, who has managed small projects and would like some more involvement in the project management side.
As testimony to the great environment here, and how well you will be looked after, this consultancy has not lost any staff member since their inception 15 years ago.
