3 days per week in the office in Brierley Hill

This amazing software author supply market leading ERP, CRM and Logistics solutions. They are growing and need an experience software support manager who has:

• Run a support team
• Managed a team of 5
• Done annual reviews , pay rises and promotions (and disciplinary)
• Organised schedules, and rotas
• Managed a remote or hybrid team
• Managing the queue
• worked in ERP support

The office is based in Brierley Hill, you will doing hybrid working with 3 days in the office each week, this gives a chance to build a team environment, share knowledge and have a bit of banter.

You will be an experienced ERP support consultant with a good understanding of:

• Finance
• ERP
• Good SQL

This is managing a team of 6, two in first line and four 2^nd / 3^rd line.

• The process works
• The team is in good shape
• The processes are in place
• But it needs a hands on manager to keep it that way.
